Considering stakeholders as a system within an organizational system will maximize the effectiveness and sustainability of the organization. Stakeholders are a group or people who are affected or who can affect the success, failure, and actions of an organization, including employees, consumers, suppliers, shareholders, and community (Elias, & Cavana, 2011). Systems thinking is a set of skills used to identify, understand, predict behaviors and modify systems in an effort to achieve a goal or desired outcome (Arnold, & Wade, 2015). Organizations are systems, dealing with technology advances, cultural changes, employee engagement, and employee ethics (Tornblom, 2018).
